Eligibility for Admission: As per INC Norms
(A) Fresh Candidates
(i) Minimum Qualification: Minimum qualification shall be 12 years schooling (10+ 2) or its
equivalent with 40% marks (35% marks for SC/ST Candidates)
(ii) Nationality: Indian
(ii Medical : The candidate should be medically fit.
(B) Promotes
(iv) Minimum Qualification: Candidates should be registered as ANM with State Nurse Registration Council.
(v) Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent.
(vi) Medical: The Candidate should be medically fit
HOW TO APPLY
Application must be made on the prescribed form available in the prospectus only. The prospectus may be obtained from the Principal, Sarita Jain Paramedical Institute, or person at the counter during office working hours. Complete application from should submitted along with the following documents duly attested by a gazetted officer:-
- Certified copy of matriculation examination showing the date of birth.
- Certified copy of passing 10+ 2 examination or its equivalent.
- Certified copy of character certificate from the last attended institute or school.
- Certified copy of domicile or residence certificate or copy of ration card.
- Certified copy of ST/SC/BC certificate from the Tehsildar (if applicable)
- Ten recent passport size photographs.
- Copy of Aadhar Card.
- Certified copy of Medical Fitness.
